These terms apply to your use of facilprint.com and to design and printing services ordered from FacilPrint LLC. Your written quote or invoice provides the specifications, charges, and terms for your individual order.

Estimates and order confirmation

Website prices and product subtotals are estimates based on the selected product, size, quantity, sides, and finish. Unless your quote says otherwise, tax, graphic design, shipping, rush production, and special services are additional. Prices may change before an order is confirmed. Opening a prepared WhatsApp or email message does not send or confirm an order. Send it from your chosen app; we then confirm the scope, total, and schedule with you.

Payments

Payment amounts and due dates are stated in your quote or invoice. Where a 50% deposit and 50% balance arrangement is agreed, the deposit is due before work begins and the balance is due on delivery or pickup. Zelle payments can be sent to info@facilprint.com after your order and payment amount have been confirmed. Please include the invoice number or customer name.

Artwork and permission

You are responsible for having permission to use the text, photos, logos, trademarks, and other material supplied for your order. Submit artwork at the agreed dimensions and resolution. If files need rebuilding, editing, or design work, we will confirm the additional scope and charges before proceeding. We may decline material that is unlawful or that we cannot produce.

Proof approval

Review your proof carefully, including spelling, contact details, dates, images, layout, size, and quantity. Production begins after the required approval and payment. Changes requested after approval may affect price and timing. If a problem appears in the approved proof, a corrected reprint may require an additional charge. This does not limit any rights you have regarding a production error or defective goods.

Color, size, and materials

Screen displays and printed colors can differ. Paper, ink, fabric, finish, and production method affect the result, and trimming and finishing can have normal manufacturing variation. Tell us before production if a precise color, placement, or dimension is essential so we can discuss suitable proofing and production options.

Production, pickup, and delivery

Production time is confirmed for each order and generally runs from final approval, receipt of usable files, and the required payment. Specialty materials, changes, and shipping can affect timing. Tell us your deadline before ordering. Rush service is available only when confirmed. We will provide pickup or delivery arrangements with your order.

Changes and cancellation

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. The available options depend on whether design work, materials, or production have already been committed. We will explain any completed work or committed costs and confirm any remaining refund or balance. Custom printed items cannot generally be resold, so cancellation options become limited after production begins.

Problems with an order

If your order appears damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us promptly with the invoice number, a description, and photos if available. Keep the affected items while we review the issue. We will discuss an appropriate correction, reprint, refund, or other solution based on the circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Website content and external links

Product images are illustrations of product types and may show example artwork. Your finished order follows its confirmed specifications and approved proof. Website material does not grant permission to reuse FacilPrint branding or other customers’ artwork. External services, including WhatsApp, Instagram, maps, and payment services, operate under their own terms.

Questions and updates

Contact us before placing your order if any specification or term is unclear. Updated website terms apply going forward; changes do not automatically alter a previously confirmed order.
