This policy explains how FacilPrint LLC handles information when you visit facilprint.com, ask for a quote, or work with us on a design or printing order.
Information involved in your request
You may provide your name, email address, phone number, product specifications, quantity, deadline, delivery details, messages, and artwork. Artwork can contain personal information about you or other people. Please send only what is needed for your project, and make sure you have permission to share it.
Order forms and communications
Product forms prepare your selected options, quantity, subtotal, and notes for WhatsApp or your email application. You choose how to send the message and review it in that application. Completing the form alone does not send or confirm an order. The contact form also offers a WhatsApp message. Information included in the WhatsApp link is handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy terms. You can also contact us by phone or email.
We use information you send to respond, prepare estimates, design and produce orders, obtain proof approval, arrange payment and delivery or pickup, and resolve questions about your order.
Online design maker
Your editable draft and uploaded photos are saved in this browser’s local storage (IndexedDB). They remain on this device until you choose to email the design. Save an editable project file if you want your own copy; clearing browser data removes the local draft. When you submit the design form, your name, email, phone, order notes and finished artwork are sent to FacilPrint’s email service for review and production. PDF downloads alone do not send your design to us.
Website technology and third-party services
The website uses session and security cookies to support normal operation and protected administrator access. Your browser may prefetch internal pages to make navigation faster. The web host may process technical request data such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages, and access times for operation and security.
The site loads web fonts from Bunny Fonts and displays a Google Maps location on the contact page. These services receive the connection information needed to deliver their content. Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, and payment services have their own privacy policies. Clicking their links or using their services is subject to those policies.
Order handling and sharing
Processing an order can require sharing relevant information with service providers involved in hosting, communications, payment processing, printing, or delivery. We may also disclose information where required by law or to address fraud, security incidents, or legal claims. Please do not send full card details or sensitive identity documents through the quote form.
Records and security
Order communications and transaction records may be retained for production, customer service, bookkeeping, tax, and legal needs. Retention depends on the type of record and those requirements. Online communications and storage carry risks; no method can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and requests
You may choose not to submit a request, block cookies through your browser, or contact us to ask about information associated with your order. To request access, a correction, or deletion, email info@facilprint.com. We may need to verify your identity. Some records may need to be retained to complete an order or satisfy legal obligations.
Children
Our services are intended for customers placing design and printing orders, not for children submitting personal information independently. If you believe a child has provided information without appropriate permission, please contact us.
