Refund, Return & Shipping Policy

At Facilprint, we are committed to providing high-quality printing services and excellent customer care. Please read our policy below regarding refunds, returns, and shipping.


1. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our printed products, returns and refunds are only available in cases where there is a defect or an error caused by us.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Design errors submitted by the customer

  • Incorrect sizing or layout not reviewed during proofing


2. Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or with a printing error caused by our team, we will gladly resolve the issue.

To request a reprint or refund:

  • Contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order

  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product

Once we review the issue, we will:

  • Reprint the item(s) at no cost, or

  • Issue a full or partial refund, depending on the situation


3. Shipping & Delivery Issues

We offer both local pickup and shipping options. Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers (e.g., postal service or couriers)

  • If your order is damaged during shipping, please notify us immediately with photos of the package and contents

  • If an order is lost in transit, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and replace the item if necessary


4. Returns Due to Shipping Errors

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, or

  • Failure to collect the package from the carrier,

The customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges to resend the order.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they enter production. If your order is already being printed, we cannot cancel or refund it.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
